Dr. Hobby works with a wide range of women's mental health needs and provide services to strengthen each patient's well-being.   She teaches valuable tools and techniques that are individualized for each woman that she works with.  Therapy goals are established at the beginning of therapy and Dr. Hobby will plan a course of action to achieve those goals.

Dr. Hobby's treatment approach is broad-ranging (Cognitive Behavioral,  Insight-oriented, Strength-based, Integrative, Interpersonal, Bereavement, & Family Systems) depending  on the treatment needs of the individual.

Her therapeutic style is interactive, supportive, respectful, caring, and efficient when working with patients.  She focuses on the client's strengths while also addressing life stressors and challenges.
